Each and every project begins with extensive interviews. As a responsible builder RJD endeavors to learn as much as posisble about the future occupants of the finished home or office.

We enquire about ages, allergies, health issues, past residences, pets, hobbies, etc. The goal is to discover all possible issues that can be related to building practices and materials. During design and planning we involve the prospective occupants in deciding which approaches and solutons to incorporate in our project.

When several viable options are available, we recommend the best overall non-toxin. Special needs often dictate what solutions are viable for the individuals who will be inhabiting this new home.
